Plot:	Yuki dissapeared at the Haunted House of an amusement park ten years ago. One rainy night, she returns suddenly. Ken, Motoki, Rin a blind girl and Yuki's younger siter Miyu welcome her though they feel uncomfortable. However, Yuki has a spasm and enters a hosiptal. Ken and others go to the hospital. But the hospital is transformed into a ruin of a labyrinth. They experience the truth of what happened ten years before...
