Plot:	In Tokyo, the near future, the police is under private management and called "Tokyo police Inc.". Ruka a policewoman investigates cruel crimes ENGINEER commit. ENGINEER are mutants which has ability to metamorphose themselves into weapon. One day, Ruka meets a man whose eyes looks like the murderer of her father. He said Ruka "Remember!".
